Responsibilities:

• Integrate and test incremental software releases for systems/subsystems in line with project schedules
• Set up and support environments for integration, testing, validation, and acceptance activities
• Define and execute testing across platforms (regression, interface, simulation, tools)
• Analyze and resolve system/subsystem issues, ensuring proper logging and early identification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with design and specifications
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and configuration standards
• Develop scripts to automate system administration tasks
• Implement and manage performance testing tools (load, response time, etc.)
• Provide technical guidance to junior integrators and V&V teams
• Support project leads with performance improvements, risk identification, and mitigation actions
• Engage with customers and support integration training when required
• Maintain and improve processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and reusability across projects

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in integration of complex software-centric real-time systems, ideally Air Traffic Management systems
• 3 years of troubleshooting virtualization platforms/operating systems: 
• Linux/Unix Operating Systems, SNMP Services, RSYSLOG
• Windows Operating systems
• VMWare
• 3 years of experience in scripting: Python, Shell, XML
• Experience in DevOps and Automation Tools such as Ansible, Jenkins
• Configuration management experience using GIT (Bitbucket) or JIRA
• Good knowledge in Cybersecurity such as LDAP, AD, PKI
• Good knowledge in Network Protocols and technologies: SNMP, UDP, TCP, IP
• Able to use Debugging tools (e.g. Wireshark) and Infrastructure monitoring tools

IT Presales Executive

Reporting to Sales Director and Technical Director, the candidate main function is to provide pre-sales support to sales team, and when required, assist in POC test with customers supported by vendors.

Successful candidate will enjoy quarterly sales incentive shared with sales team and individual incentives base on meeting KPI assigned by the Sales Director.

Flexi-work arrangement with at least 3 days to work in office for meetings, training, and group discussions

PRIMARYDUTIES 

-       Accompany on sales visits to prospects and clients.

-       Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that require morein-depth or credible knowledge

-       Carry out research on our own products and occasionally competitor’sproducts

-       Respond to technical questions about the product or relatedinfrastructure.

Prerequisite

About the job:

• Support BMS project execution from design to handover.
• Plan site activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical or site issues.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Develop control strategies, control schematics I/O lists and network architecture
• Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Perform Niagara (Tridium) programming including logic development, graphics creation, alarms, trending, and dashboards.
• Integrate third-party systems via BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
• Configure DDC controllers, field devices, and BMS servers.
• Support BMS migrations and technology refresh projects.
• Carry out system commissioning and plant optimization.
• Perform system tuning to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and as-built drawings.
• Develop O&M manuals and training materials.
• Conduct system training for clients and facilities management teams.
• Support project handover and Defect Liability Period (DLP).
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for live BMS systems.
• Support maintenance teams during breakdowns or system upgrades

About you:

• Degree or equivalent relating to mechanical or electrical engineering or related technical discipline
• Preferable with certification of Energy Auditor / SCEM / GMAP / LEED / WELL
• Willing to travel and perform hands-on work at project sites
• Have more than 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Team player, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in technical report writing
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, design software and/or AutoCAD will be advantageous
