Operating parallel to our mechanical lead, the Lead Electrical Engineer focuses on the engineering, reliability, and modular scalability of our heavy power infrastructure. This role ensures that our large-scale facilities maintain unwavering power distribution stability from the grid down to the chip, prioritizing rapid deployment and cross-border operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Power Architecture & Distribution: Design and optimize resilient, large-scale power distribution systems, implementing modular deployment strategies that allow infrastructure to scale fluidly with regional demand.

• System Reliability & Compliance: Safeguard operational continuity by designing robust redundancy frameworks, overseeing electrical fault analyses, and ensuring total compliance with both regional standards and global uptime requirements.

• Regional & Global Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate global site viability, conduct grid capacity assessments, and support live, cross-border operations to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Professional/Chartered Engineer status highly preferred).

• 10+ years of proven track record in electrical design and engineering within hyperscale data centers or heavy industrial mission-critical facilities.

• Deep expertise in high/medium voltage distribution, substation design, UPS topologies, switchgear configurations, and modular power skids.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for IMACS systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, and backend IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network).
• Support installation, testing, commissioning & configure network devices such as workstations, routers, and switches. Maintain system components in accordance with project and operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic hardware, software, and local area network (LAN) incidents and system faults, including root cause analysis and escalation to Level 3 or vendors when required.
• Respond efficiently to automated alerts and fault calls, performing initial troubleshooting and escalation within defined operational timelines.
• Support corrective, preventive, and request maintenance activities in line with ITSM processes and SLA commitments.
• Perform server/VM administration health monitoring (production and DR environments) PTRG, Server disk space etc.
• Support implementation, migration, and system upgrades, including preparation of implementation plans, migration plans, and rollback procedures.
• Support in conducting testing and commissioning activities, including FAT/SAT, and ensure defects are rectified prior to acceptance.

• Participate in incident, problem, change management processes and change request.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/IT) or related field preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in OT/IT environment preferred
• Knowledge of networking (IP/TCP)

Technical Expertise
