As part of our ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM systems.

The implementation of this CRM represents a strategic transformation from a traditional customer service model to an advanced cloud-based, AI-enabled omnichannel service model. The enhanced Salesforce CRM (NOVA CRM) will deliver comprehensive customer relationship management capabilities across the following key areas:

What will you do?

• Configure and enhance Salesforce CRM using declarative capabilities such as flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, page layouts, formulas, queues, and assignment rules.

• Perform process setup and buyoff for both Drive Backend Assembly, ensuring that yield, cycle time, and quality outcomes meet defined targets
• Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards• Monitor production yield to detect any excursions, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment (stop bleeding)
• Establish hypotheses, design experiments to identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and report findings to engineers
• Escalate process and technical issues appropriately per PMP requirements
• Conduct basic data queries and analysis to provide relevant information and insights for engineering teams
• Ensure process sustainability by monitoring KPIVs/KPOVs and managing Fast Triggering systems to maintain stable and controlled operations

The WIFI Tier 2 Engineer plays a hybrid role within the Managed WIFI team, supporting both Day 1 provisioning activities and ongoing WIFI Day 2 operations.

This role is responsible for configuring and activating customer WIFI services, performing detailed diagnostics, and assisting in maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performing centralized WIFI platform.

The engineer will work closely with delivery teams during service onboarding and provide technical support to the WIFI Operations team for escalations, platform optimization, and process improvement.

The engineer participates in a 24x7 standby rotation and contributes to service improvements through RCA.

Make an impact by:

• Perform end-to-end configuration and provisioning of WIFI infrastructure components including access points, wireless controllers, SSIDs, VLANs, and policy enforcement rules via centralized platforms
• Participate in 24x7 standby rotation support.
• Integrate WIFI services with enterprise systems such as RADIUS, DHCP, DNS, and authentication gateways.
• Execute technical onboarding procedures, including zero-touch provisioning (ZTP), AP registration, firmware validation, and template-based configuration deployment.
• Conduct pre-deployment readiness checks, post-deployment verification (connectivity, roaming, signal quality), and validate compliance with design specifications.
• Document configurations, implementation steps, and test results to support knowledge transfer and future troubleshooting.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation for complex wireless issues.
• Assist WIFI Operations with Tier 2 escalations, platform diagnostics, log analysis and RCA when required.
• Participate in platform monitoring, firmware reviews, and security patching tasks.
• Contribute to documentation of configurations, playbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Test new features, templates, or processes prior to implementation.

Skills for success:

• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
• 3+ years of relevant experience in WIFI environment, preferably in a managed services or enterprise IT environment
• Strong understanding of wireless networking standards, RF theory, and LAN/WAN integration.
• Experience with enterprise or cloud-based WiFi platforms (Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco).
• Knowledge of authentication systems and network security protocols.
• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., CWNA, CWNP, Cisco Wireless, Aruba ACMA).
• Good to have experience with provisioning tools, scripting, or automation is a plus.
