Key Responsibilities:

- Provide application L1/L2 support and system checks (CPU, disk usage, logs, services)

Qualifications

- Experience participating in Kubernetes cluster projects, with proficiency in using relevant commands to check application logs

- Experience with at least two of the following Virtualization Technology/Platforms: VMware, Xen, KVM, OpenStack, Cloud Stack, Azure Stack

- Experience with cloud orchestration, configuration management and auto-scaling techniques

- Thorough knowledge of networking, routers, switches, and WiFi setup

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and cultivate potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and project requirements.

Coordination

ServiceNow Developer

Our Customer is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing solutions, implementing solutions, improving workflows, and delivering high-quality technical outcomes that support business needs. The candidate will also need to collaborate with business and operations teams to deliver their requirements, including building dashboards for reporting and insights

Key Responsibilities

·         Gather and analyse user requirements, prepare technical specifications/design and estimate impact & efforts.
