Frequent Outstation Required

職責與責任

• 負責依計畫對生產機器和設備進行預防性維護工作。
• 依照計畫（每週、每月、每季等）進行配套設施的維護活動。
• 記錄並存檔所有相關的維護活動報告，例如標準作業規程 (SOP)、預防性維護 (PM)、校正報告等。
• 在適用情況下，協助生產部門進行機器操作。
• 執行上級指派的日常監測、檢查、維護和維修工作。
• 負責處理和啟動任何機械故障的故障排除和維修工作，如果在完成工作中遇到任何困難，立即向上級報告。
• 進行新機器設備的安裝。
• 監督和管理所有外部承包商的工作，確保其按時以高標準完成。
• 確保備件庫存充足。
• 根據上級和管理階層的指示，執行各項維護任務。

要求

• 應徵者必須至少持有機械或相關領域的證書/文憑。
• 至少1年工作經驗，最好有機械維護和設施管理或相關經驗。

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible to preform Preventive Maintenance works as per schedule for Production machines and Equipment.
• Carry out Maintenance activity for supporting facilities as per planning (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc).
• Record and document of all related maintenance activities reports such as SOP, PM, Calibration report and etc.
• Assist Production Department in machine operation setting where applicable.
• Carry out routine monitoring, inspection, maintenance and repair works as assigned by superior.
• Attend and initiate troubleshooting and repair of any machinery breakdown, report immediately to the superior if face any difficulties in completing jobs.
• To carry out installation of new machine equipment.
• Monitor and supervise all work performed by outside contractors is done properly and high standard.
• Ensure the stock for spare part is sufficient.
• Carry out maintenance task as assigned by the superior and management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in mechanical or any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 years working experience preferably in machine maintenance and facilities or equivalent.

Work Schedule

About the Job

• This traineeship is designed for individuals who are keen to enter the aviation industry but do not yet meet the technical prerequisites for an aircraft engine technician role.
• Upon successful completion of the 12-month structured training programme, you will progress into a qualified Aircraft Engine Technician role with the company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured programme comprising company familiarisation, classroom training, and hands-on on-the-job training (OJT).
• Gain exposure to the working environment and operational processes prior to technical training.
• Attend a three-month classroom programme that includes both theoretical and practical modules conducted by an external training academy.
• Complete a nine-month OJT attachment to learn and work on Rolls-Royce Trent engines under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Upon completion of the traineeship, serve a two-year bond with the company as a qualified Aircraft Engine Technician.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (eg. Aeronautical/ Avionics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Manufacturing/ Electrical/ Precision Engineering)
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• No prior work experience required - candidates without work experience are encouraged to apply
