Requirements

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Drive Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Package Technology Development at Infineon, from concept to high-volume ramp-up.
• Act as the lead engineer and primary point of contact for direct communication with Infineon’s key customers regarding MEMS package technology.

The Logistics Operation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of automated systems, maintenance processes, and operational assets. This role supports corrective and preventive maintenance activities, continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, and asset management through systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, GIS, and OEE dashboards. The position plays a key role in minimizing downtime, improving system performance, and ensuring data integrity across maintenance operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Corrective Maintenance 

• Monitor and review ServiceNow tickets related to automation on a daily basis. 

• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting and resolve service tickets where possible. 

• Escalate unresolved issues and perform Level 2 troubleshooting until closure. 

• Support troubleshooting efforts for L3/L4 software and automation-related issues. 

• Collaborate with GIS teams to resolve defects related to GIS applications or software. 

• Monitor OEE dashboards to identify daily, weekly, and quarterly performance trends.

Role Overview:
The Workspace Technology Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving end-user workspace technologies within the organisation. This role is expected to work independently on day-to-day operations while contributing to design, improvement, and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-User Computing & Device Management
➢ Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
➢ Administer endpoint management platforms, such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM
➢ Troubleshoot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues
• Workspace & Collaboration Technologies
➢ Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
➢ Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements
➢ Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable
➢ Security & Compliance
➢ Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, such as BitLocker, Defender, and compliance policies
➢ Support identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access
➢ Ensure workspace environments meet internal security, audit, and compliance requirements
• User Support & Operations
➢ Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for workspace-related incidents and service requests
➢ Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues
➢ Collaborate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to improve support efficiency
➢ Documentation & Continuous Improvement
➢ Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
➢ Participate in technology refresh, pilot, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities

Required Skills & Experience:
• Technical Skills
➢ Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
➢ Hands-on experience in Intune, and SCCM (Mandatory)
➢ Hands-on experience in virtual environments (VDI/AVD) (Mandatory)
➢ Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
➢ Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
➢ Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
• Experience
➢ 3–5 years of experience in Workspace role
➢ Experience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments
➢ Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies) faculties.
• 6+ years experience in relevant activities
• Good knowledge in UNIX platform and database management systems such as SQL, Oracle, Sybase and Big Data.
• Experience with automation frameworks and libraries.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell script and PowerShell.
• Good exposure to DevOps tools & technologies like Gitlab, Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, Elastic Search, Grafana,

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
