About the Role 

We are seeking a meticulous and technically competent Site Engineer to support our project delivery team in a role centred on Deviation and Anomaly Report (DAR) submissions, site inspections, and close liaison with LTA Qualified Persons Supervising (QPS) and site teams. The ideal candidate brings solid site engineering experience, a thorough understanding of LTA's regulatory and submission frameworks, and a proactive approach to quality and compliance management on active civil infrastructure projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit Deviation and Anomaly Reports (DARs) to LTA in a timely, accurate, and well-documented manner in accordance with LTA's submission protocols and requirements.

• Monitor and track all open DARs throughout their lifecycle — from initial identification and submission through to LTA review, response, and formal close-out.

• Compile and organise all supporting documentation for DAR submissions including photographs, drawings, calculations, method statements, and inspection records.

• Liaise with the design team, QPS, and LTA representatives to obtain necessary technical inputs, clarifications, and endorsements required for DAR submissions.

• Conduct regular and systematic site inspections to monitor construction activities, verifying conformance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and LTA requirements.

• Prepare and maintain detailed site inspection records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action logs in accordance with the project quality management system.

• Professional registration with PEB Singapore or working towards PE registration is an advantage.

• Demonstrated site engineering experience on construction or civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on quality management, regulatory submissions, and authority liaison.

• Hands-on experience preparing and managing DAR submissions, NCRs, and ITP administration on LTA or equivalent infrastructure projects is strongly preferred and will be a significant advantage.

Job Family Definition:

Designs, analyzes, develops, and evaluates thermal systems, electronics packaging, heatsinks, and enclosures for high-density, high-power networking platforms. Conducts thermal feasibility studies, design margin analysis, CFD simulation, and empirical validation testing on new and modified designs. Leads system-level thermal architecture development and assessment, driving design decisions across NPI program phases. Evaluates thermal reliability of materials, components, designs, and manufacturing techniques used in production. Directs and guides junior engineers, support personnel, and external partner organizations in detailed thermal design, lab testing, prototype fabrication, and production tooling development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead system-level thermal design, simulation, and validation for high-density, high-power networking platforms — from early concept through mass production — ensuring product performance, quality, and long-term reliability.
• Own the end-to-end thermal development lifecycle: heatsink design, CFD simulation, thermal mockup, in-lab testing, and data analysis.
• Design and validate thermal solutions for electronics enclosures, chassis, line cards.
• Define and execute thermal validation test plans (thermal margin, acoustics, shock/vibration, reliability, safety)
• Drive system-level design tradeoffs in collaboration with mechanical, electrical, power, firmware, and software engineering teams.
• Engage manufacturing partners, suppliers, and external development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and production-ready thermal solutions.
• Represent the thermal team across all phases of large, complex development programs — influencing architecture decisions, managing risks, and driving issue resolution.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions during builds and qualification.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to less-experienced engineers, elevating team capability and design rigor across the organization.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in thermal design and electronics packaging
• Demonstrated track record of leading thermal development on networking platforms.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Deep expertise in thermal design and electronics packaging for high-density, high-power systems (data center and networking applications).
• Strong proficiency in CFD simulation tools (FloTHERM), with demonstrated ability to correlate simulation models against lab measurements.
• Solid understanding of system thermal control, including fan selection and fan control methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with thermal test setups and instrumentation: thermocouples, DAQs, environmental/thermal chambers, and metered airflow/pressure benches.
• Ability to develop test automation and data analysis scripts using Python or equivalent scripting languages.

• Proficiency in designing heatsinks, sheet metal structures, plastic components, ducts, and baffles, with working knowledge of associated manufacturing processes and production tooling.
• Experience working closely with vendors and contract manufacturers on design-for-manufacturability and cost optimization.

• Proven technical leadership — independently drives complex, multi-disciplinary projects; manages competing priorities and system-level tradeoffs.
• Drives design innovation and elevates engineering standards across programs.
• Clear communicator — able to clearly present thermal strategies and design proposals to engineering peers and senior leadership.

Job Description:

The DevSecOps Engineer works along with the Project teams to onboard new squads in the DevOps environment. DevSecOps Engineers will guide them for continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous testing. DevSecOps Engineer works closely with the development team and operation team to create DevOps strategy and toolset that suits the individual squads.

Responsibility:

• Work with the CI/CD engineers to build initial DevSecOps pipeline supporting squads when onboarded to the project
• Overall Support of the Pipeline (Build & Deploy) to ensure seamless deployment
• Customization of existing pipeline and template based on squad requirements
• Build and manage AWS cloud formation scripts to handle configuration management and ensure continuous deployment
• Ensure availability of infrastructure which includes troubleshooting underlying system if applicable
• Coordinate with the infrastructure team on standard updates and ensure those are reflected on a regular basis
• Facilitate induction programs to provide guidance when new squads onboard the project

Skills:

• At least 3 years hands-on experience in building and developing CI/CD pipeline and workflow (Gitlab CI/CD preferred)
• Good hands-on experience on using AWS Cloud Formation scripts for configuration management and application deployment
• At least 3 years experience with AWS platform (EC2, ELB, VPC) in general and tools such as Lambda, RDS, Dynamo DB
• At least 2 years experience in programming, and overall knowledge on one or more of the following programming language (Java, Spring Boot, Node JS, Angular JS, React Native)
• At least 1 year experience working closely with infrastructure. Experience in Linux, Windows, network troubleshooting is a plus
• Experience on working in an Agile environment, in a close collaboration with developers
• Knowledge on continuous integration, test automation, version control, and software configuration management
