Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage coastal and marine construction operations, including ground improvement, seabund installation, and land reclamation activities.
• Organise, coordinate, and track marine equipment and logistics such as barges, pontoons, cranes, workboats, and sea-based material deliveries.
• Compile and submit daily or weekly progress updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders, outlining achievements, issues, delays, and corrective actions.
• Lead site mobilisation and marine setup works, including temporary access routes, work platforms, staging zones, silt curtains, and turbidity control systems.
• Carry out or oversee marine surveys and site investigations, including bathymetric surveys, seabed inspections, soil testing, and instrumentation monitoring.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, QA/QC requirements, environmental standards, and applicable marine regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, marine personnel, and specialist vendors to ensure work sequencing, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and review technical submissions such as method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, and marine coordination documentation for approval.
• Liaise with consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal departments regarding permits, inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
• Promote and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and environmental compliance, including monitoring tidal conditions, weather factors, and marine operational constraints.
• Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely mobilisation of marine equipment, materials, and site consumables.
• Provide engineering support and assist with planning or ad-hoc technical tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Proven experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle management (10+ years) including; Requirements, Design, Integration and Verification and Validation

• Proven experience in the development of products and projects in a variety of methodologies, with a particular focus on iterative/agile development

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and coaching staff

• Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidiscipline, multi-culture environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of injection molding processes for medical, automotive and high precision industrial applications.
• Manage and oversee design, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions for high-precision assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485 for medical devices, IATF 16949 for automotive).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new molds and maintain existing tooling.

Requirements:

• Master/ Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Min 8 years of experience in injection molding and automation assembly, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and mold flow analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, including robotics, PLCs, and vision systems.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 13485, IATF 16949).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in medical device or automotive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma and must be familiar with Minitab software.
• Familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP and IOPQ.
• Sound knowledge in SPC, FMEA, DFM, DOE.
• Possess strong leadership, positive attitude, analytical and good interpersonal skills
