Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Technician to join our engineering team, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of boiler systems and related equipment to ensure operational safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing on boilers and related equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting, installation, and repair works on boiler systems and control panels
• Attend to breakdowns and service calls promptly to minimize downtime
• Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics to guide maintenance and repair tasks
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Follow company safety procedures strictly during all maintenance and repair activities
• Communicate effectively in basic English to coordinate tasks and report issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
• Knowledge of boiler systems and maintenance practices
• Experience working in the engineering industry

Job Summary

Design and oversee gas pipeline systems for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Lead coordination with contractors and suppliers to deliver safe and efficient gas installations.

Responsibilities

Plan and allocate materials and manpower effectively for on-site gas pipe installation works to optimize project execution.
Coordinate with main contractors and kitchen equipment suppliers to manage installation and gas pipe routing in accordance with SS 608 standards, including solenoid valve and gas meter positioning.
Conduct pressure testing and proof testing to verify system integrity and safety prior to gas activation.

Required competencies and certifications

Possess a valid Gas Service Worker Licence.
Hold a valid Class 3 driving license.
