ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

In this position, you will work in the Material Engineering team within the Packaging R&D organization who owns and deploys best-in-class material engineering solutions to the top-edge product and technology development across advanced semiconductor packaging, flash memory product and host levels. • Drive advancement in packaging materials by addressing material-related design and process challenges. Develop solutions to support next-generation package requirements, including smaller form factors, thinner die, higher interconnect density, increased power, and enhanced reliability.

As a Test Engineer - Process, you will lead the Project improvement in Burn In area, and support execution and manufacturing issues related to Test Process, and continue improve manufacturing issues with new ideas from time to time through close collaboration across teams and disciplines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Component DFM Engineering Technician to join our team in Seberang Prai Batu Kawan, Malaysia. 

• Responsible to review and validate the new component request whether it is conformance to internal process requirements and other DFM criteria.
• Responsible to review, validate and buyoff for 2nd/ALT source versus the primary source in term of DFM perspective.
• Able to perform DFM assessment on components with respect to packaging structure, process interaction and reliability.
• Involve in NUDD assessment focusing on components and could be extended to complete product PCBA level.
