Role Overview

We are looking for a QAQC cum Site Engineerto support and coordinate ALC panel works on site. This role will act as a keysupport to the Project Managers and Site Team in ensuring proper coordinationwith RTOs, Site Managers, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors, whilemaintaining quality, compliance, and smooth progress of works. The role willalso support the preparation and coordination of documents required for varioussubmissions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in the coordination andsupervision of ALC panel installation works, including joint treatment andrelated finishing works

·        Review drawings,specifications, and method statements before site execution

·        Coordinate Site installationtraining, QAQC checks on different sites.

·        Liaise closely with RTOs, SiteManagers, Project Managers, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors

·        Monitor work progress,workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications

·        Coordinate material delivery,manpower, work sequence, and site readiness

·        Attend and support siteinspections, ensuring readiness for consultant and RTO inspection

·        Assist in preparation andfollow-up of FSC02 and DOC submission documents

·        Ensure installed systemcomplies with submission requirements and approved specifications

·        Identify site issues early andrecommend practical solutions

·        Maintain proper documentationand daily records

Requirements

·        Diploma / Degree in Building, Management,Civil Engineering, or related field

·        Minimum 1 year of relevant siteexperience (Fresh graduates welcome)

·        Familiar with constructiondrawings and specifications

·        Experience in ALC panel orarchitectural works is an advantage

·        Valid Singapore Driving licenseis mandatory.

Technical Competencies

·        Basic knowledge in ALC panelinstallation works is an advantage

·        Understanding of QAQCprocedures and construction sequencing

·        Ability to read and interpretdrawings

·        Exposure to FSC02 and DOCsubmission processes is an advantage
