Role Purpose

To deliver MPU courses effectively (e.g., MPU1/MPU2/MPU3/MPU4 as assigned), ensuring compliance with MOHE/MPU requirements and academic standards, while supporting student development and institutional quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures/tutorials for assigned MPU courses and ensure teaching is aligned with approved syllabus and learning outcomes.
• Develop and update course materials aligned with programme outcomes.
• Attend meetings, complete required documentation, and support departmental activities.
• Monitor student participation, attendance, and performance; provide guidance and feedback to support progression.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g., General Studies, Islamic Studies, Moral Studies, Malaysian Studies, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Communication, etc.)
• Experience teaching MPU or General Studies courses is an added advantage.
• Have attend Training of Trainers (TOT)
• Able to prepare assessments with proper blueprinting, rubrics, and marking scheme documentation

Preferred

• Familiarity with MPU structure/requirements and audit documentation
• Experience with ODL/LMS delivery and student engagement strategies

Job Scope: 

• Support in scheduling, coordinating and maintaining all train and place projects - training calendar, training materials, training attendance, training evaluations, group interview, job placement.
• Participate in and support all projects activities. 
• Collate and communicate with clients, hiring partners, and trainees.
• Perform basic graphic designing and video editing tasks using provided tools as needed from time to time.

Job Overview

Joining the Fuller Impact team, you will be part of the pioneer team and play a key role in increasing the access to sustainability and ESG regionally. You will help design and implement sustainability and ESG strategies while contributing to Fuller Impact’s growth and long-term success.

We are in search of a passionate Sustainability Research Intern with a proactive and growth mindset approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sustainability & ESG Research

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, global frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB), and relevant regulations to support Fuller Impact’s programmes and strategic initiatives.

2. Competitor & Market Analysis

• Benchmark sustainability tools, platforms, and services to identify gaps, opportunities, and innovation pathways aligned with Fuller Impact’s mission.

3. User & Stakeholder Research Support

• Assist in developing and analysing surveys, interviews, and user feedback for programme design and strategic decision-making.

4. Data & Framework Mapping

• Support the organisation and alignment of ESG indicators, metrics, and categories with recognised sustainability standards.

5. Content & Knowledge Development

• Contribute to the creation of knowledge assets such as glossaries, toolkits, guidance documents, training materials, and communication content.

6. Policy & Market Monitoring

• Track sustainability-related policy updates and market developments across regions, summarising insights for internal use.

7. Documentation & Presentation Support

• Assist in preparing internal briefs, research summaries, and presentation materials for stakeholders and project partners.

8. Stakeholder Engagement

• Support relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and impactful outcomes.

9. Special Projects

• Support ad hoc initiatives across Fuller Academy and Fuller Solutions, including research, content development, and strategic innovation.

Requirements

● A final year student or recent graduate with a passion for sustainability and research.

● Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.

● Business-level written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities.

● Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and operational skills.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trainers in preparing and conducting training programmes at different locations.
• Accompany trainers to travel for training sessions when required.
• Provide on-site support during training sessions, including participant registration, attendance tracking, and coordination.
• Assist in preparing training materials, equipment, and venue arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth training execution.
• Maintain training records, attendance lists, feedback forms, and related documentation.
• Support post-training activities such as collecting feedback and preparing reports.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to training programmes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Management, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for training assignments when required.
• Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
