The Platinum Support team works with our Turnitin Assessment Delivery team to provide world-class customer service to Premium and Non-Premium Support member institutions, exam takers and proctors. The Platinum Support Specialist will help grow customer usage of products, ensure satisfaction with the products, and provide bespoke Premium support services.

• Responsible for handling technical and non-technical customer queries via telephone, chat, email and online forms within established response times.
• Proactively support users of the ExamSoft and ProctorExam products (administrators, instructors, teaching assistants, exam takers and proctors ensuring problem resolution, system access, optimal system performance, and overall customer happiness. 
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on all ExamSoft and ProctorExam products and services. 
• Coordinate closely with other departments including but not limited to Tier 2, Client Success Management, Engineering, Product Management, on all product issues & releases, as well as on new user onboarding initiatives.
• Be part of our newly created Bench Team

What you will do:

• Deliver outstanding technical support via chats and emails, phone calls;
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate as needed;

• Act as the primary technical contact during the life-cycle live events;
• Escalate incidents clearly, including impact, timeline, and reproduction steps;
• Use SQL, Grafana, OpenSearch, and other tools to analyze logs, APIs, and errors;

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll own complex technical queries, act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, and help drive improvements in product, processes, and peer development. • Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to a variety of customer requests with experience in chat, email, and/or video-based customer support.

The Platform Support Manager owns the performance, effectiveness, and evolution of the Platform

Support function. This role is accountable for leading the team end-to-end: people, performance,

stakeholder relationships, and case management outcomes.

The role requires a hands-on leader who takes full ownership of support delivery, builds strong
