As a Personal Care Worker at our Cranbourne North village, you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.
What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living and wellbeing
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community
- Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with Summerset’s values
