Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Engineer role
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Lead role, with team leadership capabilities
- Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level, mission-critical applications, including handling complex incidents and escalations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support experience
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for customer solutions and workloads on Microsoft Azure,including:
- Trend analysis
- Proactive monitoring
- Event and capacity planning
- Take ownership of project-level Azure issues, driving them to resolution while ensuring readiness for key project milestones
- Lead Azure support efforts to rapidly mitigate critical incidents, ensuring timely and clear communication in a 24x7x365 global support environment
- Manage a subset of customer support cases end-to-end, ensuring high-quality resolution and customer satisfaction
- Perform and deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence of issues
- Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback and feature recommendationsto improve platform resiliency and address pain points
- Continuously enhance technical expertise in Azure services and cloud technologies
Technical Skill Sets
- Automation & Scripting: Python, C#,PowerShell, Open-source tools
- Cloud Expertise:
- CoreIaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)
- AzurePaaS Services
- DataPlatforms & Big Data
- Identity& Authentication (e.g., Azure AD)
- Certifications: AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)preferred
