Qualification and requirements :

• Qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Business studies/Economics/Sales or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 - 2 years of related working experience in after sales/customer service/business development would be an asset.
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Job responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling all administrative tasks and logistics relating to instrument calibration, service and repair, service contract, system maintenance and others.
• Need to work closely with the Engineering Lab team on after sales service and support.
• Follow up diligently with clients on instrument/product pick-ups and delivery for service and calibration.
• Responds to complaints and enquiries, evaluates and analyses problems and gives cost effective feedback and solutions.
• Arranges logistics for pick-ups and delivery.
• Records, update and compiles weekly work progress reports on instrument servicing.
• Handles customer satisfaction surveys.
• Any other related duties outside the scope outlined.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding coffee machine after-sales support and maintenance. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless repair and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Liaison: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding coffee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair requests.

• Service Coordination: Manage the end-to-end repair process, including scheduling and coordinating the collection and delivery of machines between customers and our service center.

• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with internal technicians and external logistics partners to ensure timely pick-ups and returns.

• Case Management: Maintain accurate records of service history, repair status, and customer communications in our system.

• Administrative Support: Prepare service quotations, process service invoices, and handle basic administrative tasks related to the after-sales department.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, or After-Sales support. Experience with household appliances or coffee machines is a plus.

• Communication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).

• Attributes: Highly organized, patient, and able to handle customer inquiries with a professional attitude.

• Availability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service deadlines.

Additional Information:

• Work Location: Near Bishan MRT / Central Area.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Salary Range: $2,300 – $2,800 (Commensurate with experience).
