What You Will Do 

• Perform receptionist duties: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence

• Process payments and submit dental claims via insurance portals 

• Maintain clinic records, manage supplies, complete clinic forms, and file timely reports

What You Need 

• Diploma or degree in any discipline 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) on rotation 

• Experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous
