·       Security& Firewalls: Administer and troubleshoot Fortinet equipment (specifically FortiGate) for routing policies, security configurations, and firewall rules.

·       Cloud Infrastructure: Manage Azure components including Virtual Machines (VMs),storage, identity management, and connectivity.

·       Operational Continuity: Coordinate remote and on-site support for remote business units to ensure minimal downtime and high system availability.

·       Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams, system configurations, and support logs.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical crews, third-party vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve complex operational issues.

Requirements

·      Experience: 2–4 years in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.

·      Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Azure, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).

·      Connectivity Tools: Familiarity with VPN, DHCP, DNS, and RDP.

·      Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude toward field-based work, and the ability to work independently in remote locations.

·      Availability: Willingness to travel regionally and perform after-hours/rotational support as required by operational needs
