Job Description

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for project and application design proposals.
• Apply analytical problem-solving skills; handle tight timelines and challenging issues.
• Join internal and external meetings to define specifications for project execution.
• Coordinate between sales/marketing and technical service teams to meet customer needs.
• Support pre-sales technical discussions and presentations; align on cost and time estimates.
• Maintain strong, hands-on knowledge of semiconductor front-of-line equipment, especially wire bonders (gold/copper/aluminium).

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with wire bonders and semiconductor assembly.
• Strong technical knowledge of front-of-line (FOL) assembly.
• Able to travel when required, occasionally within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
• Process meter billing and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and service records for audit and tracking purposes.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/ multifunction printers (MFPs) and smart office solutions.
• Attend to on-site service calls and urgent breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, networking, peripherals) and software-related problems (drivers, system integration, workflow solutions).
• Assist in deploying and troubleshooting smart enterprise solutions such as document management systems, print management software, and workflow automation tools.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience in copier/ MFP servicing, print solutions, or office automation systems.
• Sound knowledge of network setup (IP configuration, drivers installation).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power point), MCSE, HTML 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for on-site servicing across Singapore.
