Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with booking and tracking cargo shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
