The Senior Vice President, Operational Service Delivery will lead global service delivery coordination across the Global Infrastructure Command Centre. Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management and enterprise transformation projects. 

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules

Technical and soft Skills 

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration and development (ITSM, SecOps, ITOM, …) including proficiency in complex workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow Studio/App Engine.
