Workhours: 9am to 6pm / Mon-Fri
Salary: Up to $3500 with AWS + VB
Responsibilities
- Organizes travel arrangements including hotel, hire car and visa, work permits, where required.
- Updating of travel data files, personnel data base, controlled documents
- To support sales engineers/customers in providing all quotations
- Assist in monitoring and updating job forecast schedule
- Occasionally required to work outside the normal office hours or weekends (home base or office) due to changing service demands.
- Assisting other team members as required
Requirements
- Experience of using ERP systems / strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Sales and purchase ledger input experience
- Understanding of working with ISO9001 quality system
- Experience in travel arrangement, visa application
- Proficient with the application of the MS-Office software package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, mail systems, Lotus Notes) and some experience of using Oracle ERP system
