- Comfortable working with data, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support customer loyalty and ownership benefit programmes, including coordination with partners and customer onboarding.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including NPS and mystery shopping programmes, identify service gaps, and coordinate improvement actions with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer feedback processes, ensuring timely acknowledgement, tracking, escalation, and closure of customer cases through CRM systems.
- Act as a key coordination point for customer feedback across multiple internal functions, including Sales, Service, Operations, Management, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with data privacy requirements, and effective use of CRM tools.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to support CRM and customer experience improvements.
- Provide operational and administrative support for marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, and events.
- Support ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in CRM, customer experience, customer service operations, or data analytics will be advantageous.
- Comfortable working with data, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
