Job Summary
Support sales operations by managing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing to ensure smooth transaction flow and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Request quotations from suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and delivery information
- Prepare and send quotations to customers clearly and promptly to facilitate sales decisions
- Generate sales orders accurately to reflect customer requirements and internal records
- Issue purchase orders (PO) to suppliers to confirm procurement needs and terms
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely processing of sales orders and deliveries
- Issue invoices and delivery orders (DO) accurately to support billing and shipment processes
