Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for property development projects. This role involves managing campaigns, creating content, coordinating events, and driving lead generation to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property projects
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify target audiences
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Manage and nurture leads to support conversion into sales
• Execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, print, and events)
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Create and manage marketing content (website, social media, brochures, ads)
• Support social media management and content development
• Assist in SEO & SEM initiatives to improve online visibility
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and property launches
• Manage company online presence and brand image
• Perform market analysis and provide insights for improvement
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing (property industry preferred)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO & SEM
• Basic photography skills are an advantage
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Willing to travel within Kedah

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum ofaccounting activities for assigned entities, including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, schedules, and supporting documentation within reporting deadlines.
• Support group reporting requirements, including consolidation schedules and submissions for joint venture and investment entities.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, monitor collections, and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
• Assist with tax-related matters, including GST, withholding tax filings, tax schedules, and supporting documentation for tax computations.
• Coordinate and support external audits by preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, and responding to auditor queries.
• Assist with treasury activities such as cash flow monitoring, banking administration, loan servicing, and fund management requirements.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, system enhancement, and process improvement initiatives, as well as other finance-related projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior exposure to property, real estate, investment holding, or related industries will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Cognos, or similar financial reporting platforms will be preferred.
