Job description:
- Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities.
- Attend to emergency service breakdown
- Attend to enquiries and feedback
· Attend to troubleshooting minor electrical fault, changing bulbs, painting, plumbing and leaking matters.
· Attend and provide support on ad-hoc maintenance.
· Carry out inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
- Attend to estate festival decorations and preparation works
- Attend to any site related maintenance matters
Requirement:
- NTC-2 In Electrical Installation & servicing
- At least 2 years’ experience and able to work independently.
- Good work attitude, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in smart estate app and digital platform preferable.
Position and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
