Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from inception until handover.
- Prepare and submit progress claim to main contractor within the stipulated time frame.
- Follow up with main contractor on the issuance of certification
- Assist project team in measurement for tender costing.
- Work closely with project team, suppliers & general workers.
- Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities.
- Handle purchasing for project department, arrange delivery for the purchase.
- Prepare and manage project-related correspondence, report and paperwork and ensure they are current, properly filed and stored.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Construction
- Knowledge of Quantity Survey
- Mature and can work independently
- Expected Start Date: Immediate
- Language Required: English, Malay and Chinese
