About the job

Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation & Data (DT&D), the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Use case identification and prioritisation

• Identifying and prioritising digital transformation use cases that deliver clear business value.
• Engaging with business users across the Company and the IT team to identify challenges and improvement opportunities, and translating them into clear problem statements and outcome-based initiatives.
• Supporting prioritisation of initiatives based on value, solution complexity, technology readiness, and strategic alignment.

Solution design and architecture alignment

• Ensuring proposed solutions align with the Company’s enterprise architecture, application landscape, and data strategy.
• Leading early solution design discussions to agree on the most appropriate technology, solution approach, and implementation plan.
• Providing solutions and architecture oversight across digital initiatives.

Vendor selection

• Leading vendor evaluations and providing input into vendor selection decisions.
• Ensuring vendor scope of work, proposed cost, and contract terms are consistent with Company standards and the agreed solution design.
• Facilitating and obtaining necessary internal management approvals for projects.

Project enablement and oversight

• Enabling project managers to focus on delivery by providing a strong pre‑project definition and solution readiness.
• Providing ongoing guidance during delivery on scope interpretation and solution consistency.
• Identifying and escalating risks relating to scope creep, architectural misalignment, or delivery feasibility.
• Promoting structured, transparent, and repeatable delivery best practices across initiatives.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Supporting cross‑functional discussions and problem-solving for initiatives that cut across departments.
• Managing communication consistency across digital initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum ten years of experience in enterprise technology, with a track record of leading in-house transformation initiatives covering solution design, enterprise architecture, and delivery.
• Preferred certifications include TOGAF (or equivalent Enterprise Architecture) and project delivery certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong experience operating at the interface of business, IT, and vendors.
• Proven experience shaping initiatives in early phases of the project (use cases, solution options, business cases).
• Experience supporting vendor selections, vendor evaluations, and contract scope definition.
• Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, business applications, data platforms, and integration tools).
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture and solution design principles.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.

· Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.

· To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.

· Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.

· Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter

· Implement and ensure QC plan

· Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.

· To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up

· To verify VO and prepare back charges.

· Attend sub-con meetings.

· To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch)

· Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade

· demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

· Complete design studies and monitor builds

· Create work schedules.

· To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.

· Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.

· Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

· Relevant HDB experience will be added advantage.

3.Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and improvise the automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:

2. At least 5 years of work experience in the digital backend design field. Hands-on project experience is required. Tapeout experience at advanced technology is preferred.

• The HealthShare Architect is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic vision, design, and governance of the organisation’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) and interoperability platform built on InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health.
• The role ensures the architecture is scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations and industry mandates (e.g., HIPAA and HL7 FHIR), while aligning with broader enterprise IT strategy and enabling reliable clinical data exchange across internal systems and external partners.
• Define and own the technical roadmap and future-state architecture for the InterSystems HealthShare platform, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid deployment models and integration patterns.

Asthe AI Agent Architect / Senior Developer, you will be the core brain behindour flagship enterprise AI platforms. You will transition our systems frombasic LLM wrappers into autonomous, reasoning-capable AI ecosystems.

Yourprimary mission is to design and develop advanced Agentic workflows, buildrobust Knowledge Bases utilizing GraphRAG, and engineer complex multi-modaldata processing pipelines. You will ensure our AI solutions deliverexpert-level accuracy, deep contextual understanding, and enterprise-gradesecurity.

KeyResponsibilities

·      AdvancedRAG & Knowledge Base Engineering: Design and implement next-generation RAGsystems using Knowledge Graphs (GraphRAG), vector databases, and semanticsearch. Develop robust OCR pipelines for parsing complex, unstructureddocuments (e.g., contracts, compliance manuals) and multi-modal dataextraction.

·      AIAgent Architecture: Architect and deploy multi-agent systems (using frameworkslike LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen) where distinct AI agents can plan,reason, execute tools, and collaborate to solve complex enterprise tasks.

·      LLMIntegration & Optimization: Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy various LargeLanguage Models (both closed-source like OpenAI/Anthropic and open-sourcemodels). Optimize prompts and reasoning chains to maximize accuracy andminimize latency.

RequiredQualifications

·      Experience:3-5+ years in software engineering, with at least 1.5 - 2 years heavily focusedon LLM applications, generative AI, or complex NLP systems.

·      AI& Agent Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, orsimilar multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

·      DataParsing & Knowledge Representation: Proven expertise in OCR technologies(e.g., unstructured.io, PaddleOCR) for complex PDF parsing, and strongexperience with Vector Databases (e.g., Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone) and GraphDatabases (e.g., Neo4j).

·      ProgrammingMastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python (the primary language for the AIstack). Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot is highly preferred to ensureseamless integration with our existing backend ecosystem.
