Key Responsibilities

On-Site (Event) Duties

• Setup, operate, and dismantle technical equipment for events:

-Video Technician/Engineer: Projectors, LED screens, Media Server and more

• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting during live shows.

• Work closely with event coordinators, project managers, and clients to deliver technical solutions.

• Load/unload and transport technical equipment to/from venues safely and efficiently.

• Ensure equipment and systems are functioning optimally before, during, and after events.

• Provide on-site technical support and quick troubleshooting where necessary.

Warehouse / Base Operations

• Prepare technical equipment according to event requirements.

• Conduct quality control (QC), routine maintenance, and functional testing of equipment.

• Label and organize equipment for easy identification and fast turnaround.

• Document and report faulty or damaged equipment to the management and warehouse team.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, sub-rented items, and create shipping manifests.

Requirements

For Entry-Level Technicians:

• Basic knowledge of video systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve design challenges, proactively communicating risks and mitigation strategies.
• Interface with EDA vendors and keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, document processes, and contribute to organizational knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in physical design, including synthesis, PNR, STA, EMIR, and PV is a plus.
• Strong expertise with EDA tools: Synopsys, Cadence, or Siemens (e.g., Design Compiler, IC Compiler, Fusion Compiler, Genus, Innovus, PrimeTime, Voltus, Calibre).
• Proven track record of successful tapeouts for complex semiconductor products.
• Solid understanding of power, performance, area (PPA) optimization techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including resource planning, task tracking, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present technical material and interact confidently with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with advanced process nodes (3nm, 2nm)
