Responsibilities

Team & Resource Management

• Assist the Creative Director in managing the creative team and ongoing projects.

• Coordinate schedules and workloads to ensure efficient use of team resources.

• Support prioritisation of projects based on timelines and business needs.

Project Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and cross-functional departments.

• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present regular project status updates.

Requirements

Experience & Background

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, Event Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of management experience in commercial spatial design or a related industry.

Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.

• Strong project management capabilities, including timeline and budget management.

• Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
