Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse pool of transport drivers and operators.
• Coordinate effectively with drivers from various backgrounds, including Foreigner, to schedule deliveries, resolve issues, and relay instructions.
• Manage driver documentation, permits, and log sheets.
• Liaise with internal teams (logistics, warehouse) and external transport vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative or logistics support role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
