Job Responsibilities:
- Handle claims of Sales tem & Merchandiser teams.
- To monitor daily visit report of Sales Team – PDA
- To prepare payment for utilities – Water & Electricity , Internet & Telephone , Transportation charges and others.
- Issuance of Credit Note (CN) for incentive, campaign , display.
- To maintain accounting and credit note clearing process
- To handle A&P tracking monitoring report for products
- To submit A&P tracking report to HQ
- To perform filling for Petty cash voucher, payment voucher and attend to depot calls
Job Requirement:
• Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business administrative or equivalent
• Proficient with brand management and well verse with all the relevant channels especially the modern trade
• Computer literate, good communication and negotiation skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel if needed
