Job Scope :

• Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long‑service awards, processing leave and claims and managing corporate card and air travel bills
• Driving digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Support for expatriates on international assignments in coordinating employment passes, dependent passes, and handling housing and tenancy agreements.
• Support corporate communication. Work closely with managers to implement initiatives driven by HQ, strengthen communication across region
• Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business or related
• 2 - 3 years’ of relevant working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
• Able to start work immediate or short notice
