Job Summary
You will deliver guests’ luggage and messages promptly, provide personalized room orientations, represent the hotel brand in the lobby, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver guests’ luggage, messages, and other items promptly within the property to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide personalized, professional, and engaging room orientation to guests to enhance their stay experience
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the lobby as a brand ambassador to offer exceptional guest service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members to support smooth operations
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive team environment and deliver seamless service
- Manage tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting to meet guest needs
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support hotel operations.
