Job Purpose

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an office administrative role is preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage depending on the company).

Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Basic knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act 1955.

We are hiring an Admin Associate Trainee to support our dental clinic’s daily operations. This is a hands-on administrative role that covers scheduling, billing, claims processing, records management, and patient coordination. What You Will Do 

• Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily schedule 

• Handle payment collection and process dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals 

• Maintain clinic records, fill out forms, and ensure timely submission of reports 

• Manage office and dental supply inventory and ordering 

• Welcome patients, attend to walk-ins, and handle phone and email enquiries 

• Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations
