• Perform routine data entry and document processing

• Handle basic customer enquiries using standard templates

• Work under supervision with defined procedures

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Competent in MS Excel, pivot table, look up)

• Minimum secondary education or relevant certification (e.g., NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma)

• Able to work independently

• Training will be provided

• Commit for the period

• Experience in managing orders in trading company or logistics warehouse is preferred

Job Scope
* Work closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient billing activities.
* Ensure all data elements required are captured accurately and on a timely basis.
* Ensure all bills are claimed promptly
* Check bill for reasonableness and correct errors discovered on the patient accounts.
* Monitor unbilled accounts, update records and databases.
* Correspond and liaise with patients, third party payers and external organisations.
* Assist in training new team members and maintain internal control.
