Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Payments: Processing vendor invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Data Entry & Accuracy: Updating financial records and accounting systems with high accuracy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee the day-to-day office administrative functions at the Site Office and report to the Project Manager.
• Handle site office management (stationery, equipment, filing systems).
• Maintain site documentation including reports, drawings, delivery orders, etc.
• Liaise with HQ on submissions of the timecards, leave forms, course registration forms, etc.
• Liaise closely with HQ’s Administration and HR Departments.
