Join a programme team responsible for assessing AI testing service providers for accreditation. This role combines assurance-style review with commercial and financial due diligence to support accreditation approvals.
Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end evaluation (commercial, financial, and operational readiness)
Review service delivery documentation, QA processes, and operational controls
Assess delivery governance including SLA management and complaint handling
Prepare evaluation summaries and recommendations for approvals
Support programme reporting and stakeholder updates
Requirements
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the ICT industry
Experience in financial review and commercial due diligence
Experience with process review / quality assurance / controls assessment
Strong written and verbal communication
