Responsibilities

• Manage Small and Medium Business (SMB) organisations across a range of industries — particularly within the Malaysia territory — to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops.

• Play a pivotal role in aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts, partnering with clients and collaborating with internal team members to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across the various Salesforce product lines.

• Work on a wide array of assignments including business development, operations and IT strategies, as well as product demonstrations. Assume the role of trusted advisor for driving innovative solutions forward while also improving business performance.

• Business Problem Solving: Take ambiguous and sophisticated business problems and — using research and business assessment capabilities — define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the opportunity set, and recommend practical next steps.

• Innovation Management: Bring focus to a client's decision-making process by communicating and evaluating solution options and driving consensus among key stakeholders. In some instances, help clients develop new decision frameworks and governance processes that continue to deliver value far beyond a particular engagement.

• Connect Experiences: Demonstrate through software demos and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with Salesforce Solutions.

• Assist the customer, Account Executive and Professional Services team with the discovery, analysis and ultimately the recommendation of strategic solutions — delivering transformational pitches based on live product demonstrations. • Discover the customer's business needs and position the best Salesforce solution to achieve their business objectives.

• Convey a deep understanding of the customer's architecture as it pertains to Salesforce's solutions.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technology.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English — ability to engage with clients and stakeholders across Malaysia and Singapore effectively.

• Solid presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

• Must be a Malaysian citizen or Malaysia Permanent Resident (PR), willing to work in Singapore and relocate back to Malaysia when the entity is established.

What You’ll Do

• Handle AP/AR, full set of accounts and daily bookkeeping using Xero
• Prepare and analyse project costing, including budget vs. actual
• Perform WIP (Work-In-Progress) accounting and support project revenue recognition
• Manage supplier and subcontractor payments, staff claims, and GST submissions
• Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal teams on all finance-related matters
• Assist in audit preparation, annual filings, compliance, and licence renewals

• Assist in simple HR administrative
• Support ad hoc finance and admin tasks and contribute to process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Min 5 years of accounting experience; some HR & audit background preferred
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently is a plus

The Account Solution Engineer is responsible for leading the technical solution throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners to formulate a comprehensive technical account plan/strategy and to lead sales engagements to their technical conclusion.
The Solutions Engineer works alongside their colleagues, participates in building team culture and supports their aligned sales team. The Solution Engineer drives success by understanding customer use cases and crafting technical solutions utilizing the Informatica Data Management Cloud, educating both customers and internal stakeholders about the Informatica value proposition, engaging in in-depth architectural discussions, and ensuring that solutions are optimized for successful deployment and usage in the cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer engagements independently across a range of industries

• Work closely with customers as the main technical contact to understand their data management, master data management (MDM), and data governance challenges
