1. Manage daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
2. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
3. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expenses claims.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
5. Handle GST reporting and IRAS tax return by preparing supporting schedules and verifying data accuracy, ensuring timely submission.
6. Prepare monthly management reports by consolidating financial data and assisting in financial analysis for Jakarta office and Jakarta external tax agent review and decision making.
7. Prepare and submit Common Reporting Standards (CRS) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) forms to MAS to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
8. Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
9. Deal with bankers on Banking and finance matters.
10. Perform general office administration, including filing, scheduling and correspondence.
11. Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace.
12. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in admin and accounting roles, or experience in audit firm.
3. Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Strong sense of accountability to deliver the required result on time.
6. Ensure compliance with data privacy when managing sensitive financial information
7. High degree of integrity and work ethics.
