Junior Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcing Executive to support our Mass Hiring Project. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles (e.g. couriers)
Contact candidates via calls, WhatsApp and job platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate onboarding
Support daily hiring targets and recruitment activities
Participate in employer branding activities, including TikTok Live sessions

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
