As a key member of our regional shops team, you will drive commercial success across our three brands foodpanda, foodora, and yemeksepeti.

We are expanding our business into new verticals and the opportunities are endless. The Sales department is in charge of partnering with the retailers that want to sell their products through our marketplace.  Should we get into this new segment? Should we extend our offer to that neighbourhood? How can we do it faster and more efficiently? As the Shops Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for using data to draw insights and developing a sales strategy framework on how to offer the best supply to our customers across the 16 markets. This role will focus on analysing supply acquisition performance and designing scalable sales strategies to improve offering strength across markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development of regional prioritisation framework to improve Shops Offering performance, through targeted vendor acquisition and supply quality optimisation

  • Analyse historical acquisition performance to identify root causes of the score fluctuations and quantify acquisition impact

  • Support development of vendor prioritisation criteria to guide acquisition of high-quality partners

  • Assist in defining execution guidelines and success merics for effective strategy implementations by local teams

  • Develop scalable sales tools and tracking framework, and support pilot implementation across markets

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Logistics, Operations and Analytics to improve the shops offering holistically
