What You'll Do

The successful candidate will handle the full scope of receptionist duties while also taking on responsibility for Deed Poll and notary commissioning matters. Key Responsibilities

Reception and Front Office

·      Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and incoming calls, projecting a professional and welcoming presence at all times

• Reception relief – arranges for relief cover at lunchtimes, during annual and other leave and other times as necessary.

• Assist visiting staff with arranging local travel as required.
