We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Assistant Manager, Marketing & Business Development to support the company’s property development, commercial leasing and business growth initiatives.

This role will be involved in project marketing, branding, campaign execution, business development support, tenant / prospect engagement, market research, proposal preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in property development, commercial property, leasing, real estate marketing, business development, retail, event venue or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities for company projects, commercial spaces, sales gallery activities, launches, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate digital and offline marketing materials, including social media content, website updates, advertisements, brochures, signage, EDMs, presentation decks and other collaterals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience in marketing, business development, leasing, property development, commercial property, real estate, retail, event venue or related industry.
• Experience in property development, commercial leasing, tenant engagement, project marketing or real estate business development will be an added advantage.
