• Conducts daily laboratory analysis of raw materials, quality control stability sample testing, in-process testing, finished products and other related testing.
• Prepare test solutions, volumetric solutions, standardization of volumetric solutions and reference standards.
• Able to plan, schedule and assisting in supervising QC testing for finished product, raw materials & stability products.
• Assist to ensure QC testing of products are completed on time, review / approve test report and able to forward the test reports /or samples to QA when required.
• Able to conduct laboratory investigation when required.
• Ensures and maintains cleanliness and safety of the QC laboratory according to the Good Laboratory Practices.
• Performs routine calibration & preventive maintenance for analytical instrument and report any deviation.
• Assists the QC team in new assigned projects.
• Performs products validation, cleaning validation and method validation.
• Conducts microbiological testing and environment monitoring as backup if assigned.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Bioscience / Life Science / Pharmaceutical / QA & QC.
• Some prior experience preferred in QA & QC.
• Preferred to have experience in HPLC, UV, IR, Dissolution tester.

Operations

• Responsible for policy processing and cash pairing.
• Liaising with brokers and underwriters to ensure information is captured accurately and on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or university degree preferred, or comparable experience.
• Professional designation preferable (ACII qualification, insurance industry accreditation or similar work experience).
• At least 2 to 3 years relevant prior experience in the (re)insurance industry.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the claim’s technical matters, and legal aspects of the various jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, SICS.
• Excellent mathematical/analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Domain & Functional SME

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Collections processes, including delinquency and workflow management, recoveries, write-offs, legal collections, and customer communications.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with the target collections platform.
• Validate functional designs, configurations, and solution approaches to ensure they meet business intent and regulatory requirements.

Conversion & Data Migration Delivery

• Lead conversion and data migration strategy, including scope definition, data mapping, reconciliation, and validation.
• Oversee end-to-end legacy-to-target data conversion, ensuring data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Define and manage mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and cutover planning.
• Drive resolution of data issues, gaps, and defects in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate with architecture, development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure adherence to the bank’s delivery standards, SDLC, and governance frameworks.

Testing & Readiness

• Oversee functional, system, integration, and testing from a business and SME perspective.
• Ensure test scenarios fully cover collections processes, conversion outcomes, and edge cases.
• Support business readiness activities including operational handover, and hypercare.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as a primary liaison between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
• Provide clear status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Guide vendors on functional expectations and validate delivered outcomes.

Requirements:

·       10+ years of experience in Collections systems, platforms, or operations within banking or financial services.

·       Proven experience in collections re-platforming, system replacement, or major transformation programs.

·       Strong hands-on experience with data conversion / migration in large-scale enterprise implementations.

·       Demonstrated success in functional delivery leadership, managing complex dependencies and timelines.

Experience working with third-party vendors or system integrators in regulated environments

Key Domain/ Technical Skills
Deep understanding of Collections lifecycle and business rules.

Strong knowledge of conversion methodologies, data mapping, reconciliation, and cutover execution.

Ability to read and validate functional designs, data models, and interface specifications.

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex migration scenarios.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.

Strong decision-making skills with a delivery and outcomes mindset.

Comfortable operating in high-pressure, time-bound transformation programs.

Experience with commercial or consumer collections platforms (e.g., vendor-based collections systems).
