About the role…

ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistics property development, is seeking an Account Executive to support our growing operations in Malaysia. The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to full set accounts, financial reporting, and compliance functions.

Internally, this role works closely with the finance team and contributes to both accounting operations and tax-related matters.

What you will do…

This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including setup field maintenance performance targets (efficiency & cost) and execution plans for maintenance teams.

The Automation Maintenance Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams, including solution planning, property management, and IT, to optimize automation performance and ensure integration of state-of-the-art technology. 1. Fleet Runner Planning & Daily Coordination

• Support the Fleet Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily activities of fleet runners, including:
• Vehicle retrieval and swapping for Puspakom inspections
• Scheduled maintenance and workshop movements
• Breakdown recovery and replacement coordination
• Prepare and communicate daily task schedules to fleet runners.
• Monitor job completion status and escalate delays or issues promptly.

2. Courtesy Vehicle & Yard Availability Management

• Liaise closely with Fleet Supervisor and Yard Coordinator to:
• Ensure sufficient courtesy vehicles availability at the yard to support daily fleet operations.

5. Yard Reconciliation & Asset Control

• Weekly cycle count of fleet vehicles parked at the yard is completed
• Physical vehicles are fully reconciled against system records
• Investigate and report discrepancies, missing units, or documentation gaps.

6. Fleet & Toll Card Administration

• Administer and control the daily issuance, usage, and return of fleet cards and toll cards for fleet runners.

Job Description :

• Assist in the preparation and management of customs documentation (K1, K2, k3, K8, K9, ZB Forms), permits, invoices, and packing lists to ensure accuracy and compliance with Royal Malaysia Customs regulations.

Job Requirements :

• Education: Minimum STPM, or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Experience: 1–2 years in freight forwarding, shipping, or customs brokerage is generally required, though fresh graduates are sometimes accepted.
• Customs Knowledge: Familiarity with documentation (import/export), customs clearance procedures, and HS codes is essential. Proficiency in using systems like Intimax, Dagang Net and Seal Net are an advantage
