SUMMARY:

Work within a team of skilled technicians to provide serviceable vehicles to ensure that service delivery standards are met, whilst maintaining vehicles to the service standards required to comply with the Company’s policies and procedures; as well as legislative and LTA contractual obligations.

• Conduct security reviews and support implementation of protective controls.
• Participate in infrastructure-related projects including migrations, rollouts, and upgrades.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions, data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and system operations
• Exposure to financial services, trading, or other fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment to support business and operational needs.

Working Arrangement

• Able to support a rotating 9-hour shift schedule between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
