• Memantau data prestasi sistem elektrik, mekanikal dan HVAC secara berterusan bagi memastikan ia beroperasi dengan cekap dan dalam parameter yang selamat.
• Gunakan sistem pengurusan bangunan (BMS) atau perisian pemantauan untuk menjejaki keadaan persekitaran (suhu, kelembapan, aliran udara) dan status peralatan.
• Menyediakan makluman dan pemberitahuan masa nyata untuk sebarang kegagalan kritikal, anomali atau penyimpangan daripada keadaan operasi yang boleh diterima.

3. Penyelenggaraan Pencegahan dan Pembetulan

• Membangunkan dan melaksanakan jadual penyelenggaraan pencegahan (PM) untuk semua sistem kritikal, termasuk sistem elektrik, mekanikal dan HVAC, untuk meminimumkan masa henti yang tidak dirancang.
• Melakukan penyelenggaraan pembetulan ke atas kerosakan peralatan, termasuk penyelesaian masalah, diagnostik, dan pembaikan peralatan.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan piawaian industri dan peraturan tempatan untuk keselamatan, kecekapan dan kebolehpercayaan.

4. Tindak Balas Kecemasan dan Pengurusan Insiden

• Berfungsi sebagai titik hubungan utama untuk kecemasan berkaitan kemudahan, termasuk gangguan bekalan elektrik, kegagalan HVAC dan penggera kebakaran.
• Patuhi protokol tindak balas kecemasan, termasuk penyelarasan dengan vendor luaran, perkhidmatan kecemasan dan pasukan dalaman untuk menyelesaikan isu kritikal dan memulihkan perkhidmatan secepat mungkin.
• Dokumenkan insiden, punca utama dan tindakan pembetulan yang diambil untuk mencegah kejadian pada masa hadapan.

5. Pengurusan dan Penjejakan Aset

• Mengurus inventori alat ganti, peralatan dan bahan yang diperlukan untuk penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan sistem kemudahan.
• Jejaki kitaran hayat aset kritikal, termasuk pembelian, pemasangan, penyelenggaraan dan penyahtauliahan peralatan.
• Memastikan maklumat aset direkodkan dan dikemas kini dalam sistem pengurusan aset untuk pengesanan dan pelaporan yang tepat.

6. Pematuhan dan Keselamatan

• Pastikan semua sistem mematuhi peraturan kesihatan, keselamatan dan alam sekitar yang berkaitan (contohnya, OSHA, EPA) dan mengekalkan pensijilan seperti ISO 9001, ISO 27001 atau piawaian industri yang lain.
• Mengekalkan kemudahan pusat data dalam keadaan selamat, melaksanakan protokol dan prosedur keselamatan untuk kakitangan dan pelawat.
• Menjalankan latihan keselamatan, audit dan pemeriksaan bagi memastikan pematuhan terhadap dasar keselamatan dalaman dan keperluan kawal selia luaran.
• Pastikan semua sistem kecemasan (contohnya, pemadaman kebakaran, lampu kecemasan, laluan keluar) beroperasi sepenuhnya.

7. Kecekapan Tenaga dan Kemampanan

• Pantau penggunaan tenaga dan terokai peluang untuk meningkatkan kecekapan tenaga dan mengurangkan kos operasi sambil mengekalkan kebolehpercayaan.
• Mengesyor dan melaksanakan penaiktarafan atau penambahbaikan pada sistem yang meningkatkan kecekapan tenaga dan mengurangkan jejak karbon (contohnya, mengoptimumkan operasi HVAC, meningkatkan kecekapan pencahayaan).
• Membantu mencapai matlamat kemampanan dan pematuhan dengan piawaian bangunan hijau seperti LEED atau BREEAM.

8. Pengurusan dan Penyelarasan Vendor

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan vendor dan kontraktor pihak ketiga untuk menjadualkan penyelenggaraan, mendapatkan sebut harga dan menyelia penyampaian perkhidmatan untuk pelbagai perkhidmatan kemudahan.
• Pastikan vendor memenuhi perjanjian tahap perkhidmatan (SLA) dan mematuhi piawaian keselamatan, kualiti dan pematuhan.
• Menyelaras dengan pihak luar untuk pembaikan atau penaiktarafan utama pada sistem bangunan (cth., elektrik, HVAC, pemadaman kebakaran).

9. Dokumentasi dan Pelaporan

• Mengekalkan rekod terperinci bagi semua aktiviti penyelenggaraan, pemeriksaan, pembaikan dan insiden.
• Jana dan analisis laporan mengenai prestasi sistem, penggunaan tenaga, aktiviti penyelenggaraan dan metrik operasi untuk semakan pengurusan.
• Menyediakan dan mengemukakan laporan mengenai status kemudahan, termasuk kecekapan tenaga, masa operasi dan aktiviti penyelenggaraan yang dirancang.

10. Perancangan Kapasiti dan Reka Bentuk Infrastruktur

• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan IT dan operasi untuk merancang keperluan kapasiti dan penaiktarafan infrastruktur pada masa hadapan.
• Membantu dalam reka bentuk dan pelaksanaan pengembangan sistem atau pemasangan baharu untuk menampung pertumbuhan operasi pusat data (cth., keperluan kuasa tambahan, sistem penyejukan, dsb.).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Branding & Positioning

• Lead the development and execution of LGSI’s brand strategy and visual identity, ensuring alignment with LGSI’s mission, fund strategy, and organisational priorities.

• Coordinate and manage the design, production, and publication of communication and marketing materials.

3. Ecosystem Engagement & Business Development

• Map, cultivate, and strengthen strategic relationships with investors, family offices, development finance institutions, corporates, and ecosystem partners.

• Prepare, maintain, and refine investor materials such as fund sheets, presentations, and periodic stakeholder updates.
