Pentadbiran Sumber Manusia & Personel

• Mengekalkan rekod pekerja, kehadiran dan penjejakan cuti.
• Mengurus dan mengemas kini fail kakitangan dan dokumentasi HR.
• Mengendalikan pertanyaan asas kakitangan yang berkaitan dengan hal ehwal HR dan pentadbiran.
• Mengendalikan proses penggajian bulanan dari hujung ke hujung, termasuk pengiraan kerja lebih masa, elaun dan potongan.

Sokongan Akaun & Pentadbiran

• Membantu memantau laporan akaun belum terima dan laporan penuaan.
• Berhubung dengan pasukan jualan mengenai pembayaran tertunggak.
• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas ad-hoc yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

Keperluan

• Ijazah atau diploma dalam pentadbiran perniagaan, Perakaunan, Kewangan atau kelayakan yang setaraf
• Beberapa tahun pengalaman berkaitan dalam operasi Pentadbiran atau HR.
• Mampu mengurus pentadbiran pejabat dan menyelaras hal ehwal HR secara bebas
