Under the direct supervision of the Tender Team, the Quantity Surveyor plans, controls and monitors the tender drawing, documents and BQs for all tender projects, in both tender stage and post tender stage. The Quantity Surveyor also assist to verify the site progress, claim and monitor the material balance sheet in execution stage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tender Stage:

• To keep track all tender documents, drawing and corrigendum base on the document control process.
• To verify the tender drawing/detail and prepare the tender enquiry.
• To assist Superior to call for quotations, selection of qualified subcontractors/vendors and distribute the relevant tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set time line.
• Assist with tender evaluation and prepare of tender documents for submission.
• Ensure all documentary evidences and contemporary records are properly documented, filed and complied for substantiation purposes.
• Able to read M&E drawings.

Execution Stage:

• Site verifications of variations and taking records for submissions of claims.
• To assist project manager/designated staff to evaluate and certify completed work.
• Assist in verifying sub-contractor’s claims
• Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress of claims submission and payment (this shall be under contract manager’ duty)
• Monitor all order in execution and report on the balance amount.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Certain knowledge & experience in M&E system requirement.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
• Able to work independent with min supervision.
• Good knowledge and skill set in Microsoft Office.
• Quick learner and willing to explore to new skill sets/technologies.

Position Summary

The Executive Director will serve as the Company's senior representative in Singapore and selected international markets. The role is responsible for strengthening the Company's international contracting, financing, and partnership capabilities while supporting the Company's overseas business opportunities.

The Executive Director will lead the Singapore platform in providing financing, contracting, strategic partnership, and international business support to the Company's global operations.

The successful candidate will be a senior executive capable of engaging with clients, financial institutions, investors, government agencies, and strategic partners while coordinating resources across the Company's China headquarters and overseas operations. The role requires regular communication with senior executives and headquarters management in Mandarin and English, as well as frequent international travel, typically 6-8 times annually, depending on business needs, to support business development and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Serve as the Company's senior representative in Singapore and selected international markets.

• Advise the Company's executive leadership on international business opportunities, financing strategies, strategic partnerships, and market developments.

• Support the Company's long-term internationalization and capital development objectives.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen the Company's international contracting and financing platform.

Financing & Capital Support

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investment funds, export credit agencies, and other financing partners.

• Support the development of financing solutions for EPC projects across the power, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

• Coordinate financing strategies alongside business units, project teams, and external stakeholders.

• Expand the Company's financing network and enhance access to capital markets and project financing resources.

Contracting Platform Management

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project development, preferably in EPC projects across the power, energy, and infrastructure sectors, project finance, infrastructure investment, or related industries, including at least 5 years in a management role.

• Demonstrated experience working with international stakeholders across Asia, Africa, or other emerging markets.

• Experience engaging with senior executives, financial institutions, government agencies, and strategic partners.

• Prior leadership experience in an international business, project finance, infrastructure investment, corporate development, or related role.

• Experience working closely with China-based management teams and coordinating cross-border business activities is highly preferred.

Working Location: Changi / Airline Road Area
Salary: Basic from $2,500 – $2,800 + OT
Estimated Gross: $2,700 – $3,800 depending on shift and overtime

1. AM Shift Driver

   • Monday to Saturday, 5.5 days

   • Mon–Fri: 8am / 9am to 5pm / 6pm

   • Saturday: 8am–12pm / 9am–1pm

2. PM Shift Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 vehicles to deliver pallets, loose materials, and cargo

• Load, secure, and verify cargo against delivery documents

• Perform deliveries across Singapore / within Changi FTZ, depending on shift

• Conduct daily vehicle checks before operation

• Report vehicle faults, cargo discrepancies, delays, or delivery issues

• Maintain delivery and collection records

• Follow road safety regulations and company safety procedures

• Update supervisors or controllers on delivery progress

• Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Class 4 driving experience

• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery routes
